Carryforward of Quebec prescription drug insurance plan premium from 2003

Why is the amount of Quebec prescription drug insurance plan premium carried from 2003 and transferred from a dependant not showing on line 331 of schedule 1 of the federal return?

This occurs when the 2003 premium is only carried forward federally, and the dependant has transferred the amount to a financial supporter (e.g. parent).

As a workaround, access the dependant's file and remove the premium carried from 2003. Then, use the new keyword QDRUGINSURCF, select the option Federal only - 2003 Quebec drug insurance plan premium paid and enter the amount of premium carried forward from 2003.
